Where they show up

Dialer — after hang-up, the outcome strip shows 1–9; pressing one logs the call and applies “Then…”.
Call tasks — completing a call task asks for an outcome; “Callback” outcomes create the next task automatically.
ReportsConnect rate = outcomes marked “counts as connect” ÷ dials. Melanie’s board uses this.

Codes 1–9 are fixed keys so muscle memory carries over from ACT. Rename or deactivate, but don’t renumber mid-quarter — reports group by code.
